Project Coordination & Reporting¶
Component 4 of the CaribData project focuses on coordination, reporting, and public engagement. The project is overseen by a regional Project Steering Committee made up of NSO focal points and advisors, with day-to-day activities guided by weekly CaribData team meetings. A dedicated Project Assistant supports a wide range of activities across all components—from logistics and communications to stakeholder coordination. Monthly activity reports from the Project Assistant provide a detailed view of progress and are available on the following page. Public engagement is a central feature of this component, with team members regularly invited to speak on regional data issues. Slide decks and transcripts from these talks are also provided to support learning and wider sharing.
